The Mentorship Program supports recent graduates from EFE training programs by connecting them with volunteer mentors sourced from corporate partners, local employer partners, and EFE alumni. The program gives mentees an opportunity to receive personalized guidance from those experienced in the workforce through a confidential and safe relationship to express ideas and questions about their careers. This in turn provides a diversity of thought and a deeper understanding of values and leadership.

Participants will go through 8 sessions over a period of 4 months
Each mentee is assigned to one mentor for the duration of the program.
Mentees receive a program completion certificate.
University/ College/ TVET students in their final year of study may register for the training by checking announcements added to their Educational Institution portals.
