The training had a clear impact on my project; it helped me manage my business and plan ahead, understand the market and marketing tools to successfully reach a larger target group, as well as manage my finances. Through the training, I realised a need to develop my skills in order to grow my business. The award allowed me to introduce new designs and products.
At the young age of nineteen, Shahd started her online business in ceramics inspired by her love for colour, nature, and the Palestinian heritage, all portrayed in her handmade pieces. Shahd provides her clients not only with beautifully coloured products of different shapes and uses, but also engages them in her daily process of creating the product. Following an intensive 70-hour training in Entrepreneurship, ‘Shad Ceramics’ received a 1000-euro award that contributed in the project’s development.
