Sondos Basheer, the 24 years-old nurse pursued her BA degree in nursing and graduated in 2018 from Al-Makassed College in Jerusalem. As she was surfing the internet, she passed through the Nursing Training Program and she decided to apply to it. Sondos believes that this training taught her a lot, such as teamwork, time management, and self-confidence. Following the training, a 3-months-paid-internship has offered to Sondos at a medical center in Jerusalem. Later, she has offered a job by the center itself. After couple of months, Sondos got a new job offer by a hospital in Jerusalem. Sondos encourages all youth to enroll in Education for Employment – Palestine trainings due to the great impact and information they add, on a personal level as well as on a work level.
